1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and bblj Casino ("bblj," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bblj website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a bblj account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through bblj, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bblj Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bblj Casino Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bblj strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gambling. 21+
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bblj complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bblj or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) bblj account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

bblj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on bblj, you must register a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bblj login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bblj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bblj immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. bblj may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorized access.

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and may include additional documentation at bblj's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bblj supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are generally credited to your bblj wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. bblj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and compliance with these Terms. bblj aims to process verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the selected payment method.

bblj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

Funds deposited into your bblj account are held for gaming purposes only. bblj does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bblj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• bblj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• bblj's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bblj Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

bblj uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all digital games and licensed live dealer studios for live casino products. All games are independently tested for fairness and compliance.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bblj will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. bblj's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final. bblj is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. bblj reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bblj Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to bblj immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your bblj account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bblj Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of bblj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bblj Platform without prior written consent from bblj.

9. Privacy & Data

bblj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bblj Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bblj implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and bblj cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

bblj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your bblj account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the bblj Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bblj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

bblj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bblj account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bblj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

bblj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at bblj's sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, bblj may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining account balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your bblj account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

bblj operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments

bblj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, bblj will endeavor to provide notice via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
